VVW Aesthetics is a boutique. A small, considered, intentional team of people who chose this work and each other carefully. We are not a franchise or a chain. We are six people who believe that exceptional care is personal—and that the guest experience begins the moment you walk through the door and doesn’t end when you leave it.
We are all equals here. Every voice on this team shapes how we practice.
Terri Ogden
Co-Founder & Co-Owner
Terri is the first face you see when you walk into VVW—and the last voice you hear when you leave. She sits at the front desk, answers your texts and emails, makes your cappuccino, and holds the vision for what the VVW guest experience should feel like every single day.
Her path here was anything but direct—which is exactly why it works. Terri began her career as a television news producer for CBS affiliates in Reno and Las Vegas, then spent nearly two decades in advertising, marketing, and communications agencies, moving from account coordinator to VP of Accounts across agencies in Reno and Columbus, Ohio. She has planned campaigns, bought media, managed accounts, and directed strategy for clients across industries. She spent six years as Executive Director of the Nevada Optometric Association and has served as Director of Marketing for Downtown Vision since 2018, the optometry practice across the hall where her husband, Troy, practices and co-owns.
She co-founded VVW Aesthetics because she saw what it could be: not a med spa, but a considered destination. A boutique. A space where every detail is intentional and every guest is genuinely known.
Outside VVW, Terri is a mother to two grown daughters and four rescue animals—a golden retriever, two beagles, and a cat who, by her telling, runs the household. She and Troy have been married for 28 years and share a love of travel and the particular luxury of a quiet evening at home.

Troy is the reason VVW Aesthetics exists.
As an optometrist and the co-owner of Downtown Vision, he has spent his career looking closely at what others miss. When he opened a Dry Eye Spa inside his practice in 2023—bringing radiofrequency and intense pulsed light therapy to patients in a region with limited access—he saw what happened when clinical precision met genuine patient care. Patients got better. And they started asking for more.
The boundary of his scope of practice stopped him from providing what they needed. So, he found another way. Troy brings to VVW Aesthetics the diagnostic rigor, the commitment to evidence-based care, and the standard of clinical excellence that comes from decades of practice as a licensed physician. He also brings the particular sensitivity of a provider who has always known that how someone sees—and how they see themselves—is one of the most important things in the world.
