FAQ

How does the VVW Vault work?

Each month, your membership fee is deposited into your VVW Vault account. You can use some or all of your account balance to purchase treatments, products, and services. Your membership also grants you exclusive pricing and access to VIP events.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees! A six-month minimum enrollment is required, but after that, you can cancel anytime and have 12 months to use any accumulated funds.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes! You can upgrade your membership tier at any time to suit your evolving needs. If you need to downgrade, you may do so once you have met the 6-month minimum membership requirement. *Note - Charter Reserve cannot downgrade and keep Charter Vault membership benefits.
