BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Your First Visit

  • Your first visit to VVW Aesthetics in Reno, NV begins with Aura — our Swiss-made 3D imaging system that creates a photo-realistic digital twin of your face and neck, revealing in precise detail what your skin needs and where it's going. It's the most considered consultation in aesthetics, and it's where every VVW treatment plan begins.

    After your Aura scan, you'll meet with our medical director or our advanced aesthetician to review your results together, discuss your goals, and build a personalized aesthetic roadmap. Not a sales menu. A plan — built around you, adjusted over time, executed at your pace.

    Before you arrive, we'll send you an intake form — a genuine conversation starter. We ask what you love about yourself. What you'd like to enhance. How do you see your own reflection? Your answers shape everything that follows.

  • Yes. Nevada law requires a brief medical evaluation — called a Good Faith Exam (GFE) — by a licensed provider (MD, NP, or PA) before your first treatment. This ensures every service we offer is safe and appropriate for you specifically.

    Your GFE may be completed in person or by a quick telehealth video call, and takes only a few minutes. We'll review your health history, current medications, supplements, and aesthetic goals — all of which are documented in your secure, HIPAA-compliant patient record.

    A new GFE is required annually, and whenever you'd like to add a treatment not included in your current exam.

  • Preparation varies by treatment — your provider will send specific pre-treatment instructions after booking. In general:

    • Arrive on time, or a few minutes early, for your first visit

    • Let us know about any medications, supplements, or skincare products you're currently using

    • Complete your intake form before you arrive — it makes our time together more productive and more personal

    • Don't hesitate to bring a list of questions. We want you to feel fully informed before anything begins

    Education is not a courtesy at VVW. It's part of the care.

  • VVW Aesthetics is located at 236 West Sixth Street, Suite 101, Reno, NV 89503. Parking is available in the surrounding area. If you have any questions about finding us before your first visit, don't hesitate to call or text us at 775.235.6105.

SCHEDULING

Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online through our booking system, by phone, or by text. Use the Book Now button at the top of any page, call or text us at 775.235.6105, or email info@visionvitalitywellness.com.

    We also accept rescheduling and cancellation requests through the same channels — please note the notice requirements below.

  • We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation, rescheduling, or significant change to the service. To cancel or reschedule, reach us by phone, text, or email.

    Cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments made within 48 hours of your scheduled time will incur a non-refundable fee:

    • Aesthetic services: 50% of the scheduled service cost

    • Medical injection appointments: $150

    After three missed or short-notice appointments, prepayment in full will be required for any future bookings.

  • If you're unwell: Please do not attend your appointment. Contact us as soon as you can, and we'll reschedule you. Grace is always given for a first-time illness cancellation; in subsequent cases, the standard cancellation policy applies if your appointment time cannot be filled.

    If you're running late: Please let us know. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled start time, your service may be shortened to fit the remaining window — or rescheduled to ensure you receive your full treatment. We never rush what your skin deserves.
